Welcome to our first featured Front Room Cinema. Today I am taking you to Holland. I would like to introduce you to something a bit different. Something that may make you think slightly outside the box of a standard looking Front Room Cinema or Dedicated room.

What Zuluman has put together is quite unique. He has brought some really nice modern design and used it with some traditional Home Cinema kit to bring a fresh and bright room. I love the AMBx lighting this really adds to the room making it truly special. Also another really nice feature is the use of speaker material to hide kit under the TV. Very clever!!

FRC – Favourite piece of kit?
Z – Playstation-3

FRC – One thing you would change about your Front room Cinema?
Z – new lounge sofa

FRC – Roughly how much have you spent putting it together?
Z – i think just over the years under 5.000 euros for the av equipment. 300 euros for the av wall materials.

FRC – Did you do-it-yourself or did you get someone to install it for you?
Z – design and build by me.

FRC – If it was DIY what was the best worst bit?
Z- cables where awful, and you cant see any result putting in the ambx was really sweet because of the visible result

FRC – Which film do you use to showcase your set up?
Z – opening scene transformers 2. the bass of the fronts and the klipsch gets the wife doing the laundry on the 3rd level really ******. its almost like an earth quake (concrete structure)

FRC – Han solo or Luke Skywalker?
Z – Han Solo, i prefer the rogue instead of the hero.

FRC – Sweet or Salted?
Z – depends on the mood.

FRC – What is next for your FRC?
Z – 50″ 3d plasma and a second klipsch ksw-10. ambx xc module combined with 60 leds per meter digital rgb led in the ceiling.

FRC – Does the whole family enjoy the room as much as you?
Z – yep, the kids love their game spot in the conservatory. but they’d rather game on the plasma.

FRC – Are you going to buy into 3-D?
Z – the price difference ain’t that big. so when i buy a 50″plasma i probably will.
